Golf Tournament looking for sponsors
The Round Rock ISD Partners in Education Foundation is hosting its annual fundraising golf tournament at Avery Ranch Golf Club on Oct. 18. Funds raised by the event support initiatives of the Round Rock ISD Partners in Education Foundation such as scholarships, mentoring, teacher recognition, teaching grants and other programs which support district academic goals. Several sponsorship levels are still available as well as 4-person golf teams. Sign up for sponsorships or form a team.

RRISD Clothes Closet opens second location
The RRISD Council of PTAs opened its second Clothes Closet location at Anderson Mill Elementary on Tuesday, Aug. 31. It will operate each Tuesday from 9:30-11:30 a.m. The Voigt Elementary location will continue to operate each Wednesday and Thursday from 9:30-11:30 a.m. The RRISD Clothes Closets serve students from families who may be facing economic challenges by providing new and gently used school appropriate clothing.
