Online Supplier Registration
If you are interested in receiving electronic notification of RRISD bid opportunities that meet your company's profile and expertise, you may register online.
eROC Electronic Purchasing System. All solicitations are available online on the District's eROC Electronic Purchasing System. Interested bidders can click on the document link to go to the login page for eROC for response done through the electronic system. A hard copy is available as well. If the bidder is registered, just login and locate the bid on the bid calendar or by reviewing available bids. If the bidder is not registered, just click on the 'Supplier Registration' link and follow the directions.
Multiple Award ("M") Contracts Awards may be made on an incremental basis for the "M" solicitations until the opening date shown. The vendor is encouraged to read the solicitation documents thorougly to determine what requirements should be submitted. Vendors are encouraged to submit responses as soon as possible.
