Single and Multi-Color Offset Printing
We operate a full-line print department. Our professional pressmen use printing plates to produce your final product. The plates are made from the copy you provide us. Therefore, the quality of the printed piece will be the same as that of the master you submit. We prefer masters on white paper with black ink. Colored inks are available in a variety of colors. Offset printing is requested using our printing and graphics work request form which can be obtained through your campus office or ordered through the Distribution Center.

Color Copier
In addition to multi-color offset printing, Printing and Graphics is equipped with a IKON CPP500 Production color printer. This digital printer can reproduce color photos, enlarge masters up to 11x17, copy your color original on cover stock or text weight paper--all with excellent quality results. Color copies cost approximately $0.30 each (8.5x11) plus the cost of paper and are requested on a printing and graphics work request form with the budget manager's signature of approval.

Delivery
Print Services, in conjunction with RRISD Transportation and the Food Service department, ensures that orders are picked up and delivered daily. Print Services' containers are used to transport the materials and can be found at your campus or department in a location designated by your administrative staff. Contact campus administrative staff for information on the pick up and drop off locations at your campus.
