Some parents/guardians may experience problems logging into the Home Access Center. For assistance, please contact the Home Access Center Coordinator at the campus where your student attends school.
WELCOME TO THE RRISD HOME ACCESS CENTER The Home Access Center is a browser-based student information system that allows parents/guardians and high school students to view student information such as: demographics, attendance data, class schedules, discipline incidents, student progress, and report card grades. In addition, the Home Access Center allows the student and counselor, at the secondary level, to manage the student’s four-year high school plan on-line.
• Privacy
Privacy and security are important to everyone. The Round Rock ISD staff is committed to respecting and protecting your privacy as a user of the Home Access Center. We will only collect, store and use the guardian data and/or the student data that is accessed through the Home Access Center for district purposes.
The Home Access Center Privacy Statement can be viewed by clicking on the Privacy Statement link found at the bottom of every Home Access Center page.
• Security
Parents/guardians and students have a responsibility to ensure that the username and password that is provided for accessing the Home Access Center is kept secure at all times. Students should not share their username or password with other students. If a student or parent/guardian believes that their password may have been compromised, the student or parent/guardian is responsible for changing their password. Changing a password can be done online by clicking on “My Profile” in the Home Access Center, or by contacting the Home Access Center Coordinator at the campus where the student attends school.
• Terms of Use
The Terms of Use link is available for all new users when requesting a login and password through the online registration process. To register online, click on the “Log-In” tab found under Home Access Center. Parents/guardians who are unable to register online will need to make arrangements with the campus Home Access Center Coordinator and sign a User Agreement form to receive their username and password.
