"The Round Rock Special Education Parent Advisory Council (SEPAC) received a Gold Award in the Texas Top Parent Involvement Partnership category. SEPAC has evolved over the past 15 years with the mission to advocate advancement of knowledge to improve educational outcomes for families and children with disabilities. This is done through parent education and support provided by the various programs offered by SEPAC."
