Are you signed up, but not receiving E-news?
Step 1) Check your spam/junk folder
Because RRISD e-News sends messages to thousands of subscribers at once, some anti-spam systems and e-mail providers mistakenly classify our e-News messages as spam. If your spam/junk folder does not contain e-news from us, proceed to Step 2.
Step 2) Unsubscribe from E-News
It is likely that your e-news provider has blocked our messages from reaching your inbox. In order to reset your account, please unsubscribe from e-news and proceed to Step 3.
Step 3) Add RRISD to your "safe sender's list"
If you set up your own anti-spam software, you should change your account to allow all messages from addresses ending in roundrockisd.org. If your e-mail provider filters spam, you should change your account to allow all messages from addresses ending in roundrockisd.org. If the software requires a specific address, use info@roundrockisd.org. Proceed to Step 3.
Step 3) Subscribe to E-News
Once you add info@roundrockisd.org to your safe senders/address book, your e-mail service provider will stop blocking RRISD e-mail from entering your inbox. Subscribe to e-news. Once you subscribe, you should check your e-mail box for a message from us. Open the e-mail and click on the link to verify your subscription.
