Students, parents, businesses and the community are listed at the top of Round Rock ISD's organizational chart, followed by the Board of Trustees, the superintendent, the Deputy Superintendent of Business Administration and the Deputy Superintendent of Instruction and Administration.
In the instructional area, three assistant superintendents are aligned with elementary and secondary campuses and instructional support (e.g., health services and guidance and counseling) to emphasize consistency and efficiency of programs, processes and procedures across the district.
On the business side of the organization are operations and facilities, management information services, budget and financial services, athletics, and safety and risk management.
Assessment and internal audit, human resources, legal services and community relations report directly to the superintendent.
