Round Rock Independent School District is committed to preparing all students for postsecondary education and careers. In order to achieve this goal the district has implemented the AchieveTexas initiative. AchieveTexas focuses on the 16 career clusters and corresponding programs of study to provide guidance to students on career options and the neccessary coursework to achieve individual college and career goals.

What is a Career Cluster?graduation
A career cluster is a grouping of occupations and broad industries based on commonalities. Round Rock ISD supports the career clusters through academies that offer programs of study for high need, high demand, high wage careers.

What is a Program of Study?
A program of study is a recommended sequence of coursework based on a student’s interest or career goal and corresponds to one of the 16 career clusters. Round Rock ISD offers a variety of course offerings to fulfill the recommended career-related electives for each program of study. Programs of Study specific to Round Rock ISD are listed below.
