Many campuses do not have tables or chairs for their events. Distribution loans out chairs, rectangle tables, and two sizes of round tables. In addition to tables and chairs, Distribution also has stage platforms available to be delivered.
To reserve tables/chairs you must submit a work order to Distribution. You will be contacted to verify availability. Reservations can only be made within the current semester of the event, i.e., if your event is in the second semester your first opportunity to schedule table/chairs is in January. If you submit a work order to reserve tables/chairs outside of the appropriate semester it will be canceled and you will be notified. Please call x6960 for additional information if needed.
