Rating Definitions
The State of Texas has adopted rules to evaluate the performance of school districts and individual campuses and to assign to each district and school a performance rating as follows:

Meets each standard:
- Reading/ELA: 70% passing
- Writing: 70% passing

- Math: 65% passing
- Science: 60% passing
OR meets Required Improvement |
Meets 80% passing for each subject
OR meets 75% floor and Required Improvement |
Meets 90% passing for each subject |
