Physicals are Required Yearly for ALL Athletes!
Each student athlete MUST have all RRISD forms completed and submitted on the campus prior to participation in RRISD Athletic activities including off-season athletic periods. The forms may be printed from the link below, except for the required Emergency Medical Care Card which must be picked up from your campus Athletic Department.
