Summer enrichment creates active students learning

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]camp_FIRound Rock ISD, in partnership with five enrichment organizations, held four weekly blocks this summer in an effort to keep incoming third-grade students active and learning while having fun.

The enrichment blocks, held on Fridays during the Elementary Education Bridging Learning Program, were hosted by Boy Scouts Archery, STEM Scouts, Rhythm Workshop and Round Rock Drums and Austin City Ballet and Bits, Bytes & Bots Robotics.

“These exciting enrichment activities exposed our students to new things they might not ordinarily have exposure to,” Enrichment Coordinator Hope Scallan said. “All five organizations provided their services for free to benefit our students and get them excited about summer learning.”[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_raw_html]JTNDaWZyYW1lJTIwc3JjJTNEJTIyaHR0cHMlM0ElMkYlMkZyb3VuZHJvY2tpc2Quc211Z211Zy5jb20lMkZmcmFtZSUyRnNsaWRlc2hvdyUzRmtleSUzRHZiYnE5NiUyNmF1dG9TdGFydCUzRDElMjZjYXB0aW9ucyUzRDAlMjZuYXZpZ2F0aW9uJTNEMSUyNnBsYXlCdXR0b24lM0QwJTI2c3BlZWQlM0QzJTI2dHJhbnNpdGlvbiUzRGZhZGUlMjZ0cmFuc2l0aW9uU3BlZWQlM0QyJTIyJTIwd2lkdGglM0QlMjIxMDAlMjUlMjIlMjBoZWlnaHQlM0QlMjI2MDAlMjIlMjBmcmFtZWJvcmRlciUzRCUyMm5vJTIyJTIwc2Nyb2xsaW5nJTNEJTIybm8lMjIlM0UlM0MlMkZpZnJhbWUlM0U=[/vc_raw_html][/vc_column][/vc_row]
