We celebrated our amazing 5th-grade Cheetahs today with our 5th Grade Graduation Ceremony and final Cheetah Walk!

It has been an absolute joy watching these students grow, and we could not be prouder of the leaders they’ve become. Congratulations on your next big journey ahead at Walsh Middle School! We know you're going to do incredible things.

Yesterday was an absolute blast! Our 5th grade Cheetahs, teachers, and their amazing parents crushed the Color Walk! Thank you to everyone who came out, brought the energy, and went home covered in a rainbow of school spirit!

Our current Cheetahs had the absolute best time cheering on our former students and the rest of the amazing Stony Point seniors during their Senior Walk today!

Our final school assembly today was full of laughter, cheers, and one unforgettable moment. Congratulations to Emelyse G., a 4th Grade Cheetah, for making the "impossible shot"—a moment we’ll be talking about for a long time!

It was great to see our teachers get in on the fun and attempt the shot as well. It’s moments like these that make our school community so special!

We had a blast hosting our incoming Kindergarten students for Cheetah Camp! Huge thanks to all the families who attended and to our incredible Kindergarten teachers and Office Staff for ensuring everything ran smoothly.

Two Fridays ago, the stage was on fire! Our Cheetahs absolutely crushed it at the COE PTA Talent Show on May 1st.

Whether it was their first time performing or they’re seasoned pros, we are so impressed by the hard work and "Cheetah Courage" on display. Thanks to our wonderful PTA for organizing the event and our amazing community for making it such a packed house and cheering so loud!

Our 3rd Grade Cheetahs had a "swinging" good time Friday! We were honored to host local jazz musician Dave Lee, who treated our students to a live performance and a deep dive into the world of jazz.
As part of our current IB Unit of Inquiry, our Cheetahs are exploring the many ways people express themselves. Dave showed us how jazz is more than just music—it’s a language of emotion and creativity!
A huge thank you to Dave Lee for sharing your talent and inspiring our young artists! Thank you to Mrs. Hall, our IB coordinator, for arranging this experience for our 3rd Grade Cheetahs!

Our 3rd Grade Cheetahs are officially open for business!
From initial sketches to final products, these students have been working hard to get ready for the COE Economic Fair. They didn't just learn about the economy; they jumped right in by:
Inventing unique products from scratch.
Designing eye-catching advertisements.
Calculating costs and making tough business decisions.
Our 3rd Grade Cheetahs also learned through their IB Unit of Inquiry that every economic decision affects our communities. Way to go Cheetahs!

Our 4th Grade Cheetahs showcased their research on how survival needs led to incredible innovations across different periods of Texas History. It was amazing to see them explain their learning to families and peers. Great job, Cheetahs!
