Yvette Bradford has been named the new principal of C.D. Fulkes Middle School.
Bradford has more than two decades of experience in educational administration and teaching, most recently serving as the assistant superintendent and principal in Buckholts ISD since 2025.
Of her 24 years in educational administration, Bradford spent eight in the district, including at Chisholm Trail and Hernandez middle schools.
"I am grateful to return to Round Rock ISD to now serve the students, staff and families of C.D. Fulkes Middle School,” Bradford said. “I believe strong relationships, high expectations, and consistent systems create the foundation for student success, and I’m excited to build on the great work already happening at C.D. Fulkes. Together, we will create a culture where every student feels supported, challenged, and empowered to succeed.”
Throughout her time as a campus leader, Bradford has focused on being a servant leader over curriculum and instruction, operations through systems and accountability infrastructure for differentiated supports.
“I am excited to welcome Ms. Bradford to our school community, an experienced leader dedicated to ensuring excellence for every student, investing in the continuous growth of our campus staff, and partnering with our families and community,” said Area Superintendent Nancy Guerrero. “With strong principal experience driving academic success, she is committed to empowering our staff, supporting strong campus culture, and ensuring every student thrives.”
Bradford holds a bachelor’s degree in secondary education from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor and a master’s degree in educational administration from Tarleton State University. She will start at C.D. Fulkes in July.
